With over 50 years of life experience, including time abroad and long involvement in recruitment, I’ve learned that sincerity, collaboration, and passion often matter more than just technical skills. Through many interviews in my recruitment work, I have seen firsthand how sincerity, collaboration, and passion often matter more than technical skills.
At my family home, I also hosted young internationals who dreamed of working in Japan. Some, however, gave up because they couldn’t find opportunities that matched their hopes. Their stories inspired me to launch Your Japan Career—to provide guidance, insights, and encouragement for those who want to build a future in Japan.
My goal is simple: to give you the knowledge and confidence to take your first step toward a career in Japan.
